Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion
Responsible Gambling
For most users, gambling is a form of leisure and entertainment. At the same time, we acknowledge that gambling can lead to harmful outcomes for some individuals. Problem gambling is a recognized health and behavioral issue and must be treated with care and seriousness.
SpinMills is committed to reducing gambling-related harm through practical prevention measures, user education, and accessible support options. Our objective is to help you maintain control over your play and to act promptly where signs of unsafe gambling behavior appear.
We believe that informed decisions, personal limits, and early intervention are the key safeguards for safer gambling.

Helpful Hints for Responsible Gambling at SpinMills
Before you play, we recommend applying the following principles so that gambling remains a controlled and enjoyable activity:
- Set a deposit limit in advance. Decide how much you can reasonably afford to spend for entertainment and stay within that amount.
- Avoid chasing losses. Losses are part of gambling. Do not increase stakes in an attempt to recover previous losses.
- Set a time limit. Plan your session length beforehand and ensure gambling does not replace your other routines and interests.
- Do not gamble under pressure. Avoid gambling when you feel stressed, upset, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair judgment.
- Take regular breaks. Stop playing when you feel tired or lose concentration.
- Use one account only. A single account helps you monitor your spending and playing activity more accurately.
Minor Protection
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use our Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and inaccessible to minors.
We encourage parents and guardians to use content-filtering and parental-control software to reduce access by minors to age-restricted online material.
For general information on available filtering tools, see recommended internet filtering options.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe gambling is no longer safe for you, or if you have been diagnosed with gambling disorder, you may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion means voluntary suspension of access to your account for a fixed period and cannot be reversed before that period ends.
To request self-exclusion, contact Support at support@spinmils1.com and specify a period between 6 months and 5 years. Our team will provide the next steps and any required verification details.
During self-exclusion, creating or attempting to create a new account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of related accounts in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
