1. Introduction

We may also restrict any other jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

2.2. Registration of Account

2.2.1. To place bets, play Games, and deposit funds, you must register an Account.

2.2.2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration data, including but not limited to your mobile number, email address, username, password, and any other mandatory details requested in the registration process.

2.2.3. You must register using your legal name. We may verify any data you provide. Personal details cannot usually be changed, but correction requests may be considered by customer support in justified cases (for example, genuine input errors).

2.3. Account issues

2.3.1. If you forget your password, suspect unauthorized access, or believe any player is cheating or colluding, you must notify us immediately.

2.3.2. We may declare any bet or transaction partially or fully void where, in our reasonable judgment, any of the following applies: (a) direct or indirect influence over event outcomes; (b) circumvention of Website rules; (c) criminal impact on a result; (d) material odds movement after a public announcement; (e) acceptance of bets during technical malfunction; or (f) errors, including system, pricing, human, printing, or force majeure errors.

2.3.3. If we close or suspend an Account, we may also close any related Accounts linked by person, device, address, wallet, or payment instrument, and void associated bets and transactions.

2.3.4. We provide two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security measure. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all authentication data.

2.3.5. If required account verification is not completed within 90 days, we may close the Account and terminate the contractual relationship. In such case, we reserve the right to debit remaining funds where permitted by applicable law and policy.

2.3.6. If an Account remains inactive for 180 consecutive days (no login and no betting activity), we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of EUR 5 until activity resumes or balance reaches zero.

2.4. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that

2.4.9. You will use only payment methods lawfully owned or controlled by you.

2.4.10. Any software provided by us is protected by intellectual property law and may be used only for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment under these Terms.

2.4.11. You will behave respectfully toward other players and our representatives and refrain from abusive, obscene, or offensive communication.

3. Multi Accounts

3.1. Only one Account per player is permitted.

3.2. Only one Account per household, IP address, and device is allowed unless explicitly disclosed to us in advance and approved.

3.3. If multiple Accounts are created or attempted, we may block or close any or all related Accounts, void bets, cancel bonuses or gifts, reject withdrawals, and forfeit winnings accrued through duplicate use.

4. Payouts

4.1. Winnings are credited when a Game result is finalized and confirmed. We may perform additional legitimacy checks with game providers. Such checks may take 3 to 14 days from notice to the player.

4.2. If funds are credited in error, those funds remain our property and may be reversed. If withdrawn before correction, the amount becomes an immediately due debt owed by you to us.

4.3. We may carry out identity and source-of-funds verification at any withdrawal level and review transactions for anti-money laundering compliance.

5. Deposits

5.1. To wager with real money, you must deposit funds using available methods shown in the cashier section. Available methods may vary by jurisdiction.

5.2. We support multiple currencies. Payments made in a different currency may be converted at the prevailing rate; applicable conversion charges are borne by you.

5.3. We may request KYC documentation before or after deposits and may close Accounts for non-compliance.

5.5. By depositing, you confirm the transaction is authorized and agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or reversals.

7. Account Closure

7.1. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support, provided open bets are settled. If closure is requested due to gambling concerns, please notify us explicitly.

7.2. Repayment method for remaining balance is determined by us in compliance with legal and security requirements.

7.3. We may close an Account at our discretion and return the withdrawable balance, subject to applicable charges and legal obligations.

7.4. Unused bonus amounts may be removed if not used within one month from award date.

7.5. We may refuse withdrawals where fraud is suspected and suspend the Account pending investigation.

7.6. Accounts with pending withdrawal requests or remaining balances cannot be finalized for closure until funds are resolved.

8. Personal Information

9. Criminal Activity, Collusion and Fraud

9.1. If we identify irregular activity, including suspected money laundering or fraud, we may suspend or close Accounts, block balances, void withdrawals, forfeit deposits and winnings where legally permitted, and report to competent authorities.

9.2. Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated unfair play, account sharing, and similar practices are prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture.

9.3. Fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate blocking and legal reporting without prior notice.

9.4. Arbitrage betting and value betting strategies intended to exploit pricing errors are prohibited.

9.5. If prohibited betting behavior is detected, we may void bets, retain related balances, and terminate the Account.

10. Live Chat

10.1. Chat facilities are moderated and may be recorded for security and compliance purposes.

10.2. You must not post sexually explicit, hateful, racist, or grossly offensive content.

10.3. Abusive, defamatory, harassing, or insulting statements are prohibited.

10.4. Advertising third-party products, services, or websites in chat is prohibited.

10.5. False or malicious statements about us or related services are prohibited.

10.6. Collusion through chat or external channels is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

10.7. Breach of chat rules may result in chat restrictions or immediate Account termination; eligible remaining funds may be returned after settlement of sums due.

11. Crashed and Aborted Games

11.1. We are not liable for downtime, lag, connectivity issues, server interruptions, or political/force majeure events affecting gameplay.

11.2. We are not liable for losses related to delays, interruptions, transmission failures, data corruption, communication line failures, misuse of the Website, or content errors.

11.3. In case of system malfunction, all affected wagers are void.

11.4. If a Game starts but cannot complete due to system failure, we will return the stake and any accrued credit to your Account, or by another approved method if the Account is no longer active.

12. Duties

Other complaints are acknowledged within seven calendar days and normally resolved within four weeks (extendable to eight weeks in exceptional circumstances).

13.4. Complaint records are retained for at least five (5) years and complaint statistics may be reported to the relevant regulator in line with licensing requirements.

14. Agreement and Admissibility

14.1. These Terms, along with policies and documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Website.

14.3. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
